#03: Unboxing beliefs

Below you'll find the file containing the questions and process for unboxing our beliefs and an example video going through how to use this process.

Unboxing Beliefs (exercise)

#02: Emotions

Approaching emotions with curiosity can help us learn more about ourselves and help us shift our responses during difficult times.

Questions and thoughts that help us hold curiosity

  • What am I feeling right now?
  • How could I describe it?
  • Could part of this feeling be about what's happening right now or perhaps its related to something else?

  • Try to remove anger from yourself and limiting it to the moment. Instead of "I am so angry!" try and shift it to "Right now I'm experiencing a moment of anger"
  • What has happened here? Why am I responding this way?
  • Why am I responding this way?
  • Do I like how I responded?
  • What can I do differently next time?

#01: Gratitude

Gratitude can be much more than thankfulness.
In this topic, we talk about what research says about gratitude, how it affects us, and what we can do when we’re in a time where it’s difficult to find anything to be thankful for.
